stock exhaust mods / new expansion chamber

I am looking for a reliable exhaust with medium power. at the moment I have cut a stock exhaust off at the base and cut off all the baffles and tubes from inside and then welded it back together so now, the inside of the exhaust is just open space with a a few extra holes at the end. it is quieter and seems to run a but smoother.

is there a problem with continuing to run this exhaust (could it damage my engine) / is there an exhaust with more power that I can buy. I've attached some photos

Since you obviously have access to a welder, I'd suggest you buy a jog pipe

I agree with the jog pipe. Since you have some fab skills it should be a breeze.
