Street Legal?

Does anyone know or have any information if these bikes are street legal or not. I know it will depend on each states laws but are there any states that they are? I've thought about trying to register and tag mine here in the state of Alabama but I keep getting different points of view from the law enforcement officers I know. Can anyone HELP!
