That’s a cool idea. Before you buy the engine look for a clutch. An 11hp engine will have a 1-inch shaft or a tapered shaft. Clutches in that size are pricey. You can get a clutch for a 6.5 for $35. A comet clutch for an 8hp is in the $100 range. I would suspect an 11 hp rated clutch would be $200 or more because they are considered racing parts for go-karts. I don’t want you to abandon all hope but that cheap engine might cost you more in the long run.
