TC II carb probs and how to remove carb

Hi all at my wits end I have one TC new but the carb is jacked up i have another to repelace the carb but i have un bolted it and it does not come off. And the method of throttle control have me confused, Will a carb from a honda huag fit this ?
I'm old tired and mad as hell so be kind.
