Teeth grinding out

Engagement of the teeth does not look as deep as on my two motors, would need a different angle for the pic to be sure.
 
I noticed the other sprocket may of not been aligned properly, now it is

taking spark plug out & turning fast with drill is how I look for weirdness in the way the gears run together

could clutch be off on rear shaft or maybe bearings bad in clutch hub?

that fit looks pretty loose between the teeth
 
I can only put it down to it not meshing properly
What type of grease are you using, machanic may have a point, while I was repairing that engine head recently I bought a pack of coping saw blades, all but 2 were heat treated (funny they were both the 2 medium size toothed blades, so that part of the factory be drinking at work or something.) The package is marked as heat treated blades lol..

I have used general purpose grease
