Has anyone gone and replaced their tensioner with just a tight chain ?How does it work and are there good results any Senior help please!!

A chain can be run successfully with no tensioner or roller. Quite a few guys do it successfully on this site with the kit sprockets. To do it correctly you have to get both sprockets spinning true....or as true as you can and aligned pretty straight. This can be difficult with the way the bikes go together and the quality of the sprockets.
CNC sprockets is probably a good starting point but they do cost a bit and there's not many places to find them.
Warped, out of round, and/or out of alignment sprockets will cause a chain to be loose...tight....loose...tight... Or a chain to not track correctly.
The spring loaded tensioner helps cover this scenario by giving and taking slack as it occurs or forces the chain in line with the sprockets.
