Happy Time is a brand of low priced 2-stroke engines from China. Opinions on this particular engine vary widely.

Happy Time (HT) really isn't a 'brand.' It's a generic term, used to refer to any one of several 'brands' of the low price, 2-stroke Chinese engines.
