The builds keep coming!

The first one was a customers botched attempt at a build,The whole thing had to be redone including replace the front end shock, bearing cups, bearings and so on he had a 1"threaded steering tube suntour shock in a aluminum threadless headset type frame and the fork rocked back and forth! It also had two hose clamps holding a aluminum plate for a caliper mount,I told him that I was not able work on it unless he let me set it up right! So it has a skyhawk gt5a on it all stock, disc mounted drive, front disc brake and kinda an old school look.
The next one a diadora frame dont ask me never herd of them before but it also received a skyhawk though I dont know the designation I think as Gary suggested I'll call it a Road Runner engine by StreetRiders It's skyhawk case halfs I had lying around but are old one's a new late version crank with zae80 rod and all bearings replaced with quality ones, the jug is ported mildly exhaust port width across the top at 26mm,intake floor dropped 1mm and width brought to 26mm across the bottom, the cylinder was decked slightly just to get to 3/4mm squish with the stock head for now.The pipe is a pocket bike pipe that I had kicking around for some time but allways liked the sound of and has little to no restriction and at least lets the engine breath I just cut the flange and repositioned the pipe to fit!
The last one is a 29" customers bike that had a stock generic on it prior to receiving it's new Road Runner engine,This one has simular porting and the same prepped crank and rod with the timming retarded, bearings swapped out and the blue r head from mz again I made an exhaust for it so it could breath better until he can find a suitable chamber for it!

The orange 29er above with a Road Runner engine by Street Riders needed a real exhaust,so I made a new header for it to couple it to a nice chamber I really like this one!Anyway the flange and header are 26.5mm I.D. and for this one the tube goes right thru the flange nice and solid with it's welded seam.then I fit it to the elbow of the pipe. Here are some pics to show how it was done and fitted to the bike.
