The Clutch

How hard should it be to pull the clutch? Mine is a real bear....I pull like crazy and it barely seems to move. Does it move far normally? This project is beating me down...

it shouldnt be that hard. maybe you have a kinked housing? try a new housing. and dump 40w oil down into it. that helps smoother operation. what about the little ball bearing inside the clutch housing, itself? should be greased well.

ive found that if you pop the clutch lever off.. and reposition it so its not such a hard angle.. then get a new cable.. they sell them at walmart or anywhere.. its just a bike cable..

pulls like a trigger.. real easy
