The Lowrider project

Been working on this bike for a little while now put in a bent springer fork I didn’t want to cut threaded forks so I added some spacers and a shorter BMX stem really loLowered And I installed some really tall ape hangers I’ve been trying to strip off the old paint And been restoring small parts here and there Some engine work too but not ready for an install

Paint looks good (y) Hope the paint sticks
Painting in the snow, what was the temp outside when ya painted it? The rattle can recommends 55*F minimum

C to F

C × 1.2 + 32 = F

F to C

(F - 32) ÷ 1.2 = C

5th grade math and I'm old.
You still remember that from your last year of school?

Well ,you didn't remember very good. If you take 30C and use your calculation it come out to 68F, where as 30c is low 90s

I always just double the celsius and add 32 to get Fahrenheit, it doesn't come out exactly, but it closer than you formula.

I graduated college with a Bachelor's of Science in Business in 1984 from Limestone University in Gaffney SC. I also had a 4.0 grade point average; meaning a straight A student. I know this may be to complicated for you. Water freezes at 0°C which is 32°F. That's where the 32 comes from. Water boils at 100°C which is 212°F. .........212÷100=2.2.

Bad eyes and pre coffee hit the wrong key, 1 instead of 2 twice. Edited it, formula is now correct.

Here's the sad part you knew there was a mathematical mistake but you had no idea how to figure out what the mistake was nor did you recognize a common conversion math formula.
