I think part of the issue with the Zenoah's is the high RPM. You've got to get that 14000 RPM down to a more managable number - in the 400's, and that means a 35:1 reduction ratio. (Almost every state that MBs are legal has a specified upper speed limit ranging from 20MPH to 30 MPH). Second, the motor is over the 50cc limit for many states. And, third, those ultra-high RPM, hi performance motors are really, really loud. (plus, a two stroke has more high frequency harmonics than a 4 stroke, and is a more annoying sound to have to listen to.) If you're trying to keep a lower profile, to 'fly under the radar,' it doesn't make sense to use a motor that screams "here I am" to the cops and neighbors...

Yes the high rpm is proving difficult.
The CY29 that i like is only 29cc well under 50cc.
The cops dont bother us here. Once someone was arrested and the city lost the case.

The main things i like about the motor is small and can go in the frame.
A little more power but not allways used.

Currently i run a 48cc Grubee GT-2B with no head gasket and a SBP expansion chamber.
Maybe if i got the 60cc id be ok.

I like to ride hard and the only way to do that here are be quick enough to get to the next traffic light wile it's green.

I'm pretty sure my engine has had about enough. That needle bearing is ready to go.

So i would love a HT that could handle me.
