The YD100

Just got the YD100, don't want it to be stuck at a permanent 35, so i'm gonna do 2 break in tanks and not go past 1/2 throttle. The motor just came in today and I got the top end on and torqued down. Cant wait to see how its going to do! Going to put it on a bike today, keep you all updated, the rain stops in 20 so I gotta wait, then my buddy is on his way and were gonna get to work!

Id check my gudgeon bearing ( piston pin bearing) and connecting rod for play. Could just be an un balanced crank that gets better when its spinning faster.
What speed do let the clutch out at?

really slowly
get more speed, these aren't made to start from a stop. Get up to like 10-12 mph then let it out. If you wanna do that you need to rev it up and slowly let the clutch out as it gains speed. It's called " slipping the clutch". It will wear out your pads and plates faster though. If you want to start from a stop, you need a jackshaft kit, or a cent. clutch and a pull start and wide cranks, or the know how to build a mean lean machine.

I FINALLY GOT IT RUNNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Then it did this:
:(
probably my fault.
