Think I've already heat seized new engine??

Pretty high I reached 28mph on first ride which is why I originally to thought I had seized it
Understandable however I've had soft seizes that didn't even stalk the bike just saying but take peek in exhaust port should tell a story. Anyway that won't stop it from revving of you did. It will full seize or run not just limit rpm

I'm gonna skip you to the part we're your bike runs right lol.1 ngk b6hs or 7,2 you NEED a screw with a spring on it in the the idle so it stays put. 3 your lean fatten the clip up 2nd from bottom. 4 some motors like different plug gaps try from .025 to .035. Some of mine like .035 even stock motors. 5 CARB CLEANER CHECK FOR AIR LEAK. 6. More oil= leaner mix bcuz harder to pick up. 7 check head torque. The point is your lean. Adress the idle screw first. No a reg screw won't work it needs a specific point. Get a screw from another carb. After that check for torque on all bolts. After that start bike and test. I know that kind of a mess but idk where to start with you lol.
Thank you going to have to order new spark and idle screw as I already lost my spare one 😭

Dummy get a plug from auto part store b6hs or I use bpr6hs 5$. The screw yeah maybe or find some small engine carbs off other motors one might fit. I've dome it.

That definitely helps. Vibration will loosen things blowout a gasket from being loose and cause an air leak. If your exhaust is falling off it won't idle well either. My best guess is Vibration got the better of you. A Bofeng carb is 12$ GET A BOFENG,ngk plug 2 foe 10$,gaskets buy bulk exhaust gasket and a roll of fel pro gasket maker for rest. About 20$,longer exhaust bolts a must get m5 bolts atleast 5mm longer with lock washers and blue loctite a large bottle about 13$. Check head torque is free. That's usd numbers but all the supplies I would get. Did u look in the exhaust port? Move piston up and down look for scratches? If not do it with plug out for ease of movement

Idk how prices are in England, but I would definitely get a whole new carb. At least here they're super cheap.

Ok update bought a new spark and changed the c clip to the richest position seems to not want to die as much but still bogs out when trying to go faster so next thing is getting a new idle screw or just a fresh carb

Sounds like you're on your way to getting it worked out. Also, I think someone may have mentioned it, but just in case they didn't; check the carb for air leaks. If you have a can of starter fluid or carb cleaner, spray it around where the carb clamps on the intake, and where the intake screws on to the cylinder. (While the engine is running.) If the idle goes up, you have an air leak. Don't go overboard, you don't want to get that stuff on any paint or anything.

I don't have any of that sadly, my carb is extremely snug on the pipe and wouldn't even twist left or right without loosineing of screw only place I could think of is gausket for fuel bowl is definitely on its way out if not completely gone
But like usual with these things it's Gunna be sat in my shed for the proceable future as I do not have the money right now for parts etc so hopefully will have everyone updated once it's fully up and running
