This might sound like a joke but how do I supercharge or turbo charge my bike

My dad was a navy plane tech, prop driven,
He said they had this hoped up 40s cycle for errands but he didnt recall brand,
So he decides one night to see fast it would go,
He said he got past 100 all was well then it started to wobble and he said after he got out of that unhurt he wasn't ever gonna go fast on 2 wheels again.

Yes, I have front drums on the quad,
So in my way of thinking the quad should stop as good as a moped,
But yeah, it's likely pretty filthy in the hubs and could be no material left on the shoes,
I once pulled the rear drums on an acvw kit car,
I found a skeleton of a poor little mouse in there,

I did a basic run down tonight on my tadpole recumbent,
Needs new tires and tubes, new chain, etc there goes my hobby budget, lol,
When I lived in orlando there was a huge bike shop close by and I'm guilty of raiding their dumpster,
They were very wasteful, cables chains, etc new stuff they would say shorten chain and toss out the left over which a few of them connected was a new chain for free,

I'm a pack rat I've been here in eustis about 9 years but somewhere I got boxes of bike parts, we never got fully unpacked from the move.
