Thoughts on a Raleigh jackshaft 4 stroke build?

I'm planning to help my uncle do a 4 stroke jackshaft build using an old Raleigh cruiser with an internal 7 speed shifter hub. I plan to use a 2014 49cc HS142F I had laying around in the garage from a previous build & plan to get a 10G long shaft transmission from grubee.net & the jackshaft ready mounting setup they sell to. The jackshaft I plan to get is the SBP HD 4 stroke kit for $200.

Here's what the bike looks like now:

Not sure when the bike was made because he never specified (if anyone can estimate when this Raleigh was made it would be much appreciated) looks like it would need some overhauling on the bike components & defiantly going to recommend that he should swap out the front end for an air suspension disk brake compatible front end to make it safter & more comfortable before starting the build.
