Threaded rods fall out

In the front engine mount of the bike the two threaded rods are constantly falling out because of the vibration and I have tried epoxy and threadlocker but I just can’t get them to stay in the bike. Please help out. Thank You.

Drill and tap it out and go larger. I installed 1/4 20 threaded rod in mine.

Have you tried using a Teflon lock nut?
