Three speed 70-80cc engine kit???

I looked at a sight that has 70 & 80cc three speed engine kits.Does anybody have one of these? And if so, how do they have three speeds? Are they worth a dime? what make of engine are they? www.thelashop.com is the sight.

They don't it looks like they have a 3 speed shifter for the bicycle gears to me.

3-Speed Clutch Lever ----3 levels for speed selection. Easy to shift gears!

There talking about it comes with a clutch lever that also has a 3-speed gear selector for the bike gears not the engine.
