Throttle or idle problem - please help

I have a DAX 70cc mounted and I have a throttle or idle problem. The bike starts OK and runs well at mid to full throttle but below mid throttle the engine stalls out. It feels like the throttle has really high gain when I'm between mid and full throttle - very hard to control speed. Can anyone give me a tip on hot to get the full range of throttle whith out stalling the engine out? I played with the idle (turned clockwise) but that does not seem to help.
Thanks. These things are a blast to ride!

try the choke test: when warmed up, choking it should kill the engine. if not, go looking for air leaks.

try all 4 mixture slots.

it sure wouldn't hurt to "introduce yourself" to the people you're asking for help, but that's your call, it's not required.

yes, hmacks, do introduce yourself in that lobby...it makes a good 1st impression. if you'd read any of the rules anyplace, you might have noticed that.
learn to use the seach feature. it sounds like your sucking air in from someplace, and there's a wealth of info on that very subject.
