Throttle Question??

After trying out the thumb throttle for awhile I've decided to go back to the basic throttle. Since I couldn't find the original throttle I had I ordered one off eBay (See attached pic). The issue I'm having is that the throttle is really loose on my handle bars. I realize I need the throttle to move but it'd literally be able to fall off if the cable wasn't attached. So what do you guys use (or what would you use) to have the throttle tightened up? I'm trying to resolve the issue now so any advice would be appreciated!!!

Yo Carl can you sell me the thumb throttle?

Sure I'd sell it cause I'm going back to the regular stock throttle permanently. Just give me about a week cause I'm having issues firing the bike up and it's easier troubleshooting with the thumb throttle.

cut some pvc pipe or a piece of rubber or something to take up the difference in size.

Yea I thought about that but figured the rubber (I was going to use inner tube) would restrict the throttle from turning.

Instead of selling it would you have anything to trade of equal value? I'm always looking to improve my MB.
