Tight Clutch!

Hey all...built the bike with a 66cc engine kit...its all together..the clutch is so damn tight...how do i loosen it?

I hate the combination of a short clutch lever with a short clutch arm - I usually swap one or the other out for a longer one. Also, be sure to check that the clutch cable is freely installed without being tied down or bent anywhere.

i did use wire ties..maybe cut them?

yes, I use a tie set to about a 2 inch open circle around the cable near the steering head just to keep it from blowing in the wind too much

You need to convert the clutch cable installation to a roller clutch cable design.
