Timing please help.

Please someone I'm going to be homeless. The cam lifted and shifted how do I set in proper place? The circle that says 18 on the drive shaft line up with the hole on the cam? Please see pic... (before it was not lined up by not sure how to set properly, I don't trust kings set it up right either. I am pretty desperate now.. Thank you...

Why did the cam lift? If you put it in properly (I'm sure the dot and circle are supposed to touch), will it stay in place? Make an account here if you plan on returning, will help you tons in receiving the answers to your questions.
