Hey guys.

I'm pretty new to this and have been given couple guidelines.
Don't exceed 30kmph
Half throttle at max
Ride 30mins at a time.
Tighten head bold screws after every ride.

Any others you guys know of?

Also, I notice at the very bottom end of the throttle, it seems like the engine is starved for fuel. Is that normal?

Cheers
Kev

Your guidlines seem fine but keep them down to 15 minute rides at least intill the second gallong. Also make sure to disengage choke afterwarm up. And let the engine cool between each ride. Over all just dont let it get to hot or rev to high, blowing head gaskets are a pain and is not good for your engine.

the same as always.

there is nothing to "break in" other than seating the rings which happens in the first five minutes.

dont use synthetic oil for the first few tanks.

full stop

My fuel oil mixture is 16:1 for first gallon and 20:1 for second and after. Dont listen to other people the engine need oil to set into all the little cracks in the crankshaft so dont push it to hard.

if there are CRACKS in the crankshaft....

QC was really down that day, and that engines going to explode.

how does oil fix a CRACK?

when it comes to choosing who to listen to... listen to your heart :) dont let anyone tell you what to do!

haha, oxymoron!
