Top speed of Subaru eho35?

They rerated the gx35 to 1.3hp, wonder if the sooby got lowered too using the same standards? From experience they're both the same in hp in my opinion.

This ones from about 2008 not sure if anything changed. I think they made them up until 2 years ago some time in 2017.

Wonder if the Lifan 35cc in a belt drive application is the same power as the Subaru or more like the gx35. They are sold on Home Depot online and rated at 1.5hp. The lifan can be had for $125-$129.

The Lifan 35cc says "1.5HP", but looking further into it, it's a 1KW max power engine. That equals 1.3HP.

It does claim to have higher compression than the GX35 (8.5:1 vs 8:1) and it lacks the overhead cam.
