Tranny comparisons for frame mounted motors

Nirve build

I have made a smaller sprocket to fit the 5 to 1 tranny. It is made by turning down a stock one to 5/8 inch & tig welding it inside a standard 8 tooth by 5/8.

I want to build a Nirve with a NuVinci too. I would like to mount the motor centered in the frame. Only thing is The Honda 50 with adapter & 5 to 1 measures 12 3/4 inches. To do this & use the freewheel crank that (you) Scooterguy have had so much success with. Crank arm clearance needs to be W-I-D-E. I suspect you have thought of this too. Any reasonable solutions to this issue???

i use the 8mm chain for becouse the choices of drive sprockets are endless , 11t 14t 17t and 20t , also for large chain rings you get three choices , 54t 63t and 74t , and then for the final drive chainring you can use a 22t or 24t . and you can get them all at the local bike shop , get the 64mm bolt hole spacing , it all lines up , here are some pics .
