Tried something..

New build of mine.. had an idea and ran with it. Grabbed a couple ideas off here as well, like the fat arse seat!! 🤣 Fun build but the jackshaft kit took a little tweaking. Made a guard for the chain that doesnt look too bad. Was painting it during pics. BT100 motor (80cc) is what this project is sporting. Runs decent for now, Grabbed a larger tank for it that i will install after driving off the first gallon.

Keep an eye on your rear teeth. Sprocket misalignment will make the teeth wear out fast and skip. I advise an internally geared hub. There is a seller on ebay selling Nuvinci 171s supposedly, about to finally jump on 1 (or 5) if it is real. https://www.ebay.com/itm/324394402935?

Bike does 44mph.. can't get in to the last gear though.. not enough power it seems. Just bought a new exhaust though. We will see how it goes.

I use a tachometer on my shifter bike. If I'm doing 7000 rpm at WOT and shift to a higher gear I won't go any faster. The speed will remain close to the same but the rpm will drop. This is known as engine strain. Maybe the performance exhaust will give you the added power to use the highest gear.

I often tell pedal-only cyclists if a gear is too easy or too hard to comfortably maintain a cadence (crank rpm) of 70-90 then you're in the wrong gear.

The same is true with our engines if at WOT you can't reach maximum torque rpm; shift to a lower gear. If at WOT you're going way over maximum hp rpm; shift to a higher gear.
