roland at spooky has been motoring converted trikes for a few years...he gave me n vinnie a few good tips when we started building our trikes :)
even if ya fab your own stuff, he could probably still give pointers on a few things

the conversion kits with the little chain driving the wheel will not work for motoring without a jackshaft...it needs to be a kit with a solid axle, so you have somewhere to mount the engine driven sprocket

me n vinnie have built 5 different trikes, both electric n gas, so if ya have any ??? I can probably help too....I just haven't seen as much as Roland :):):)

My build keeps breaking chains the rear end shifts or my scrappy welds break, is there a product that will convert the rear end to be compatible with my setup?

Do they make a trike rear end for motorized trikes? I can't find one, I made some stuff work for a while but ultimately it was inadequate and broke...

I think I just want to replace the rear end if there is a kit to buy that will fix my fabrication issues

A Peerless diff for a go cart will probably work, but they are rare and hard to find.

You're going to have chain issues as long as the chain is that long, make a custom mount and put the engine in the back. No worries about the chain slapping around and breaking.

Some old reel ( front throw as dome people all them) lawn mower have a diff with a sprocket on it. I think "true cut" is one.
Just an fyi
