Trouble starting

I just installed the kit and when I go to start it, the rear wheel wont crank the engine or the bike wont roll. Idk if this is normal. So I guess maybe my question is , is it normal for the bike not to roll.

Ok so take the cover of the drive gear and see if the chain has bound up!

are you saying the chain turns freely when the clutch is pulled, but the rear wheel still isn't turning???

Ok well now I would take the spark plug out and see if the engine is turning over?
