turning head around

My spark plugs touching the top of the frame, is it all good to rotate the cylinder head so spark plugs at the front, there's a lot more room there

It should work just fine your talking about a CG. I rotated my head 90 degrees so the plug if angled to the left side. It's been working fine.

Yep, no problem. Although I would do a full 180 just so the fins are still in the right direction, its probably not a big deal unless you have a high performance high compression motor and commute for long periods of time (which in that case you should have a CNC head anyway)
