I use the dual 2 into 1 cable from bikeberry on one of my bikes with v brakes front and rear. The other bike has twin cable brake lever with disc front and roller rear. I like the single brake lever for it's ease of operation. They can pose problems on loose riding surfaces. It's all about what you like, and you won't know till you try it.

dunno, but i fancy both caliper and disk on front if forks allow. Better and redundant.

If you want to go with a dual pull brake system, go with a good one.
