Hey guys I was having problems starting my engine and the clutch wouldn’t disengage no matter hard I pushed. I do t have much experience fixing these yet only riding them lol. When I opened up the head cover I saw water inside which I know is not good. I just wanted to reach out to you guys and see if y’all had any advice on how to move forward from here.

Looks like it was running just fine, but had a huge head gasket leak. Get a new head gasket and try again. Carefully torque the head, and repeat that after each ride for awhile.

Your bucking bar and chain looks like they could use some lube. Remove the bucking bar and the little ball behind it, clean it up and apply a little grease. The chain just needs some oil, you can paint some on with a brush and wipe the excess off.

I'll address your clutch issue. Won't disengage? Cable not tight enough or mis adjusted flower nut or least likely a lack of lubricant lead to ball/ bucking bar failure. Which you can't see but there warn down to the point of failure

Yes I had to adjust the flower but up a bit and lube the bucking bar quite a bit. It had been sitting outside in the elements for quite awhile.

One very good reason to NOT let these bikes of ours sit outside exposed to all the weather elements that can happen.

That alone will kill a bike or require a whole lot of maintenance and repair just to make it right.

If your gonna leave bikes outside then COVER EVERYTHING in grease and oil. Empty all fuel and fill with stabil. If it's grease or oiled it can't rust
