I have two Tanaka pf-4000 engines for sale that where used on motorized bicycles.
One has about 15 hours with the following parts
Stalker Z exhaust
Juice Box
larger HP Walbro carb
$430 + whatever shipping cost (prob around $20)
The HP parts really did a lot for power in this engine!
The only real negative thing about the engine is I painted the fuel tank with a black plastic paint but the fuel has caused some of the paint to be removed. Otherwise, it's in great condition, always ran high quality oil, and very careful about mix ratios and keeping the carb tuned.
The other has about 40 hours

Now the negatives:
The head cylinder is cracked where one of the exhaust bolts threads in because I had the Stalker Z exhaust on it and the weight of it combined with some rough roads where more than it could take.
The place where the plastic carb cover bolts on is a little wonky
