Type of Fuel?

My 80cc engine is on the way!
I am curious on the specifics of the fuel... I read that i should use synthetic two stroke oil mixed with gasoline 20parts to 1 for the break in period. Is this correct? Is there premixed fuel i can buy specially? do I mix it myself? How do i go about mixing it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
