U-Lock Sizing

I needed to pick up a u-lock for my mountain bike. i expect some to be better than others etc .... but what size should i be looking at? Theres so many sizes. If i knew what size to get it would make it so much easier.

get one big enough so you dont have to go huntin the bleepedybleep

Just make sure the arms are long enough. That's the secret. And don't get one a bic pen can open.

So which size do you guys think would be the most appropriate, while still avoiding getting something bigger than whats needed?

5X9?

4X8?

3.25X7?

4X9?

4X11.5?

Those are pretty much my choices. I was looking at the kryptoloks.

Mine is a MasterLock 5 X 10

If it were me, I'd get one of these two, 5X9 or 4X11.5. You just about can't go wrong if you just go BIG.
