Watch this kid convert the belt drive from a brass bushing to 15x21x4 bearings.
His methods are a little crude, but what he did was remove enough material
in the clutch bell to press fit two bearings, one on each side, and you're
done. He removed more material that I did to make an Oilite bushing
fit. This mod is better than the Oilite solution since it is permanent and
no maintenance is required. He proves it can work. I may do this since
I already have the bearings which I purchased - AVID.
Part No. 6702-2RS.

It looks like he may have pushed in more bearings. maybe four.
Apparently, he used six bearings. Then he says he changed to just
using two bearings. I think two will work just as well with a press
fit.

He didn't even lose a finger. What kind of video is this!!

... I've been into diagrams lately... Bushings or bearings...

Since everyone is going crazy about 2 strokes, the 4 stroke will soon
fade like Sears and Roebuck. I intend to keep mine until they become
antiques like the Whizzer and sell for big bucks.

With emissions and noise and reliability...I'm thinking the 4 stroke is going to out live the 2 stroke... there becoming illegal everywhere... And not as common... Electric is the big thing now..

EPA phasing out all two strokes. Soon they will be illegal to run and I'll be an outlaw. I love my smokers.

No way we will ever be all electric anything, just not enough batt tech or lithium to support electric anything. Not even enough lithium to support just electric cars.

Not to mention that all those "rare earth" materials needed just happen to come from where???...YEP...You guessed it...China...lol.

An Chile and a few others, but Yeah China has the most. Still not enough even if we mined all of the known reserves and made battery's. An that's just for cars to be replaces, not to mention we still need phones, and PC, and lights, and, and ,and.....
