I also just ordered new throttle and choke cables I had to get a new axle bolt and nut also . And my variator rollers just came in today. So just waiting on the new rear pulley and cables. There also might be some stuff I forgot to mention.

What I dont see is a cylinder kit. Looks like you have it covered on every thing else though! Nice stuff!

Also I went down to the lightest rollers and it instantly revved up to like 10 to 11 K so then I was like oh let’s try the heavier ones and that was only about 9500 so then I put the 4 g ones in and now I’m hitting 10,600. However I lost 11 mph top speed. I would’ve thought since I’m hitting the right RPMs in the power band I would still have some speed but it took all of it away what else could I do or should I just revert back in and say the 10,000 RPMs isn’t worth it. Cause 11pm is a big difference on a scooter.

Mark your driven variator like Diesel Tech said with a magic marker and see it it upranges completely. I suppose its possible that with the lighter weights it may stay in a lower ratio allowing it to rev higher but not uprange past a certain point so its slower overall.

You know what I didn’t market I just forgot to check it. I had a lot to do after work today. Got caught up. But what I was thinking is to maybe I just need to find the perfect clutch springs and variator roller ratios so it hits the 10 K mark, plus gives me my full power. because I mean I did go 52 mph yesterday but today with the new rollers and I only hit 41. Because I do have this stiffest springs in my clutch and contra that the package came with. it’s about 28 kg or so.

I also marked my variator in clutch the clutch goes all the way up and down variator just the smallest amount at the top didn’t rub off but I switched my rollers out and I got to hit 10,000 RPM and it went 48 so I’m going in the right direction.
