Had been looking at and reading, what could be had, without joining.
Decided to join, and am pleasantly surprised with the amount of additional information.
I just bought the attached pictured Chopper Bicycle, with the intention of adding a 2 stroke engine.
I've been following some of the discussions about the various approaches to mounting the engine, and would appreciate any direction, that would apply to this type of Bike.
Also, I'm not too impressed with what's been shown as the Standard Gas Tank, and am looking for a more stylized/low profile solution, so anyone who's looked into an alternate design, contacting me, would be most appreciated.
Thanks,
JPSPEEDSTER

Welcome to the forum. You know this if you have been reading the forum, but you will need to mount the motor offset a bit so the chain will clear that nice big back tire. There are many examples of how to do that on this site.
You can pick up a tank and at a motorcycle swap meet cheap. Some guys like to use a sportster teardrop tank. Tanks from the Yamaha enduros from the 70s and 80s look good too.

Thank You Wheelbender6

Thanks for the confirmation on offsetting the engine.
You're right I have been reading the Forum.
I'll take a look at the Sportster Tanks.
