vendor reviews???

I am wanting to write a thread about the vendor where I purchased my 80cc china engine from, but I am not able to start a new thread in the, "vendor reviews", section. Does anyone have an answer for me?

I thought a mod was supposed to create the first vendor thread... and each "reviewer" was to get only one post per thread.

Has this stuff been figured out yet?? I've been waiting to see some vendor reviews, but it always reads "0 Threads | 0 Posts".
