Very angry!!! Please help

So I purchase a cylinder for GT80 on November 12.I wait until December 12. I keeped waiting until today and the cylinder came broken and the ports work is horrible.

if you can get a replacement easily, you should - if that piece broken at bottom is all that's wrong, it should run OK tho (I'd smooth the edge there with a jeweler's file)

you had a gt 80 already? why do you say the port work is bad?

I have built a few of them. Intake, exhaust. and knifing at the bottom of transfers were ok. Had to clean op the transfer port cyl. windows. These engines, or at least the ones I have gotten need the cyl. decked .030". Stock they only have 90 lbs. compression. You do know this cylinder is not going to work without a reed valve right?

I see what your saying. Mine weren't that bad, Looks like they are even burred a little on the inside.

They aren't great but fixable,That's why I wont pay for pre ported cylinder because odds are you still have to go in and finish it your self!
