Interesting "Package". Looks like a 24" bike and note the marked "Westman" high fin head. Surprised the seller has not mentioned that upgrade to the WC-1 inferior engine and maybe the other needed improvements that may have been made.... maybe even Mushroom lifters or the Westman iron cylinder.
