Hello

I have inherited a Vitoria Spinner Odesa e-bike and I would like to find out more about it, I.e. can I ride it in Spain without a licence? Any help would be much appreciated

Don't know Spanish law, sorry. Any idea on how old bike is? Battery and those tires would be of concern to me. Good luck, looks like a nice bike.

Why would the battery be of concern, its 100% good as I have had it checked. The front tyre is solid

Okay, batteries degrade over time. You inherited the bike, you didn't buy it new. How far does the battery take you? That's the test, not checked out. In the pic the tires look old and cracked. Could just be the pic.
