Hmmm ... I have gotten better service from these folks ... they do answer their phone.

Another good e bike outfit are these folks in Canada. Their Cycle Analyst meter/odometer is nearly a necessity for a serious e-bike build.

I do not work for either them ... I am a satisfied customer of both.
