What can I do about my throttle??

Im lost here what can I do about my throttle, it is to big for my handlebar, is there something I can do/ to make it fit?

no, no the throttle is to big for handle bar when I clamp down the throttle its still loose on the handlebar.

wrap the bar in electrical tape

Use a piece of old inner tube?
