OMG there's dust on my bike, I'm getting a toothbrush and cleaning it off right now,
But the rust is a protective coating

Do steel wheels come double walled? Steel will not stop as fast as an alloy wheel will. Tradeoff for durability. Made in Taiwan, that's a good thing. I like them and the price, shipping lil high. Only use will give us a verdict.

After looking for some steel double walled rims all I was able to find was a 700c one and a 20" one.
