What is the adjustable bolt behind the cylinder and under the carb for? Does it do anything internally or is it's sole purpose to be a clutch adjustme

It only holds the cable from the clutch lever. It is in the way of some carbs and has to be moved. I always take it out and put a rubber plug in the hole, then convert my clutch to one of these.

Started this build a couple weeks ago just to see if. It's coming together. The exhaust header was a real head scratcher, it was coming off the engine right beside the hinge. I still want the bike to fold when it's all done. Just a sample, stay tuned. 50cc bust or boon.
