What kind of bike is that?

The Pee Wee Herman bike is kinda cool. Look at how that frame on the bottom curves around the chain guard. That springer fork. Anyone know what kind of bike this is? What year? Is it custom or was this frame manufactured at one time? I would really like to know.

Hi all we got to do is identify the components.
#1 Schwinn style springer
#2 Elgin LADIES rear skirtguards
#3 Looks like Monark chainguard
#4 I think that frame was cut and made up for this movie
#5 I think same with the "skirt guard" under the tank
#6 Fenders are garden variety Schwinn or other, not Monark or Cleveland Welding
#7 Saddlebags, I've never seen these custom fabbed?

Ok what does anyone else think?
