What would be ideal wheels for my build?

You'd be better off getting some steel tubing and building a copy of the frame you want to use. The welds on aluminum frames are where most vibration cracks occur. Then combined that with the jarring effects of off reading its a double whammy.
Yes if I got the necessary equipment, but I don't so I'm working with what I got. In the weekend I'm getting my bike from my father's place and will be able to start working on it, maybe I'll figure it out maybe won't so be it, also I'm tired so wish you good day/night bye

Use a double wall rim and a hub with a disk brake rotor flange for your sprocket. Then call Buchannan Spoke & Rim in Azusa CA and they will cut you a set of 12ga Delta stainless steel spokes to fit. They will also lace and true your wheel. They are doing one for me right now. Don't even think about using that ALUMINUM frame.

As I tell everyone and have for years now, PLEASE look at their location under the screen name of the person your giving advice to, especially the advice of a business your recommending and having them do some work for that person.

The person your trying to help along with the wheels is in the "Viking Country" known as Sweden,..lol...I doubt that Buchannan Spoke and Rim in Azusa, California is going to be of any use to Felix whatsoever...lol...Just saying.

Just so everyone knows, this is the bike the upgraded wheels are wanted for. Which uses a skewer type axle. He also plans to do off-roading on it.

I'm sure most of us here in the USA, have no idea of what's available to him in his country. We wouldn't even know what might be the recommend equivalent available to him in his country. The fact he doesn't want to change frames in order to use a solid axle appears to be a monetary issue. So even if we knew the equivalent parts available to him to build the kind of wheels he needs; he probably couldn't afford to build it.

You aren't limited to quick release axles on your bike. You can use a through axle as well.

Just go with what you have. Looks good, I like they way you crammed the motor in. The aluminum frame isn't ideal but it will work. You can put solid axles in place of the QR set, they will bolt up just fine.
There is a good chance it will fail if you beat on it too hard so take it easy.
I have a couple of aluminum framed MTN bikes that have motors. I did this before I knew better but they are fine so far on the pot hole covered roads around here.
Don't pretend it is a motor cross bike, don't try and set any land speed records.
You can't braze aluminum and make it strong, don't try it will fail.
Ride the thing and have fun.

All right, I'm not 100% correct. Aluminum can be effectively brazed but unless you have the correct tools, materials and experience it is prone to failure.

Im planning on making wheels myself for my 70cc minarelli hybrid when thin spokes give up and I'm going to be using it on all type of terrain, goal for this bike would be to get it to 50 or more mph and I thought that you guys might have tips/recommendations when it comes to wheels for mb. Bike is 26" dirt jumper with quick release axles and currently sprocket mounted on disc brake hub, so should I replace hubs when the spokes break and I'm going to have to rebuild wheels, or just leave them and get thicker spokes and better rims? Also any other info/tips would be appreciated:)
Lose the quick release wheels, I've heard some horror stories... But if you want some quality wheels made for these motors, get some Gemini wheels from Will Kidd. Best move I made!

Last time I checked he doesn't send them to Sweden and tbh it would be cheaper to make 12-10 gauge wheels myself
Many of our forum members here in the USA seems to forget that this is an international forum and are so used to doing business with well known entities here, they forget it is not the same in the rest of the world.

I find myself constantly reminding them to look at the members avatar to see what country they are in before recommending businesses or parts, etc, not available in many parts of the world...lol...lol.

Most Americans are also not very aware that the things we take for granted that we are able to obtain here in next day delivery service can be almost impossible to obtain or very cost prohibitive in many parts of Europe as well as the fact that our types of motorised bikes are even illegal to have on roadways in many parts of Europe and especially countries that are a part of the European Union.
