Yesterday (12.09.2018) I made my first ride on my motorized bike.

1. when I pressed clutch on handle bar (disconnect) motor stops. Do you know why? I think that it should run till I press kill switch.
2. how do you protect fuel pipe not to touch engine? I am affraid that it will touch engine and melt.

Might as well ask some of the obvious questions first.

1. How long does it *TRY* to idle/run when you pull clutch before dieing
2. Have you tried messing with idle adjustment
3. Can we get a name of kit & maybe picture it helps dictate things
more information like this helps

When it comes to fuel line i just made mine tight but loose enough where i could use a zip tie to keep it lifted and away.

1. it takes about 2-3 seconds
2. no I made no adjustments. It was not choaking when adding gas when riding. Therefore I am assuming that it is set more less ok.
3. please see my avatar. I is 2 stroke 80cc bike kit

can you keep it running by turning throttle when you pull the clutch lever?

is the choke off?

Thanx for your help. It is runing now OK.

Another questions.
1. What practical purpos has this air ventil (attached)? It should stay in this possision. ...I think.
2. What should be optimal idle running of engine? Mine has arround 2400 rounds/minute.
3. What should be optimal working rounds/minute?

if by 'air vent' you mean the lever on right side of carb, that is the choke and not needed except for starting in very cold weather

idle speed should be set when engine is warm, to a level that keeps the motor running while clutch lever is held, and keeps it from stalling
