i bought an engine kit about 2 years ago, but now when i try to buy a kit it says they can't ship to california. Anyone know where to buy one, or someone that will ship here?

I looked at that site - hard to tell what they have as all kit pics seem the same for diff prices, but did note that they use speed carbs which I hate. Not sure if new inventory is in yet, but I've been getting from here:
