Where to buy 3-piece wide crank?

I just received my mounting kit for a Honda GXH50. It comes with a one piece crank that won't fit my mountain bike.

Anyone know where to get a 3-piece wide crank? I've seached these threads and online but can't seem to find a dealer online.

I have seen widened one piece cranks on Spookey Tooth and if you want to go with the 3 piece, cyclone has a wide spindle to space out the cranks. Links are supplied below.

I know this is an ancient thread, but I just found a place that sells the three piece wide crank separately:

You have the buy the crank arms and spindle separately, but very reasonable.
