Where to buy from?

They have the same warranty as anyone else, depends on the vendor really!
I actually talked to one vendor in PM about that already, he does NOT have the same warranty as bicycle-engines.com.

The NO warranty was the deal breaker for me as I was just about to buy from him before he told me this.

I had that PM with him until he told me he does not give the Avenger any warranty more than a so-called "factory warranty" which he did not elaborate on or tell me exactly what that really means.

I will stick with the company that not only gives me that warranty, but has always honoured their warranty to me with no hassle whatsoever.

I am purposely not naming names here on my little diatribe, but let it suffice to say that is how I would deal with ANY vendor, and that would also include even bicycle-engines.com if for some reason they ever either get rid of their warranties or no longer honour them.

I probably should have. I but when I read the description and thought of the possibilities, I had to have it.
Now from the short time I've attempted this hobby I should have known better, it's not like I haven't read some good advice on this forum.
Now I can only hope for the best.

I found it on ebay, so we ended up ordering it there. Paid with PayPal using a credit card. This way there is buyer protection. As long as I can put it on the bike and it runs I'm cool.

HONOR, not honour. Just sayin! You corrected my Buku spelling.

He is from New England. They talk funny there, so spelling funny just comes with the territory too, I guess.
I blame it all on the Irish order of nuns in Catholic school...The Sisters of Mercy from Ireland, They spell everything the Brit way and thats how I was taught...lol...Plus my grandparents on my moms side of the family were also from Ireland...lol...That's my story and I'm sticking to it...lol...Especially so because it's true...lol.
